En tant que Gestionnaire accidents de travail et maladies professionnelles H/F, vous apportez des conseils opérationnels auprès de l’ensemble des sociétés du groupe Adecco en France sur la gestion des déclarations et de l’instruction des dossiers accidents du travail et maladies professionnelles (AT-MP). Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous aurez pour principales missions de :
• Fournir des informations et/ou conseils juridiques opérationnels à vos interlocuteurs
• Informer sur les enjeux juridiques et financiers de l’instruction des AT-MP
• Mettre en place des outils et indicateurs de gestion de suivi des AT-MP et s’assurer de la pertinence des actions mises en œuvre
• Adapter les pratiques aux évolutions législatives et opérationnelles
• Concevoir et animer des actions de formations juridiques internes

De niveau Bac + 2 dans le domaine juridique ou formation de gestion.

Profil recherché

De niveau Bac + 2 dans le domaine juridique ou formation de gestion.
• Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel.
