Un ouvrier du chantier de construction de la troisième ligne de métro, à Toulouse, s’est blessé lors d’un accident survenu dans la nuit de vendredi à samedi, vers 3 heures du matin. Les pompiers ont été appelés rue Pierre-Cazeneuve, là où se situe l’emprise de la future station Raisin.

Selon Tisséo, la blessure est légère. L’ouvrier s’est coincé la main dans un appareil. La victime a été transportée à l’hôpital Purpan pour deux points de suture. Et il doit reprendre son travail mardi.

Mesures de sécurité

L’immense chantier de la troisième ligne de métro emploie des centaines de personnes pendant la phase du creusement des stations et du tunnel long de 22 km. Depuis fin 2022 et jusqu’en 2026, il connaît son pic d’activité avec une quarantaine de sites en travaux tout au long du tracé de Colomiers à Labège. Suivront la phase d’aménagement des stations, des abords, puis les tests avec les rames en vue d’une ouverture fin 2028.

Le chantier a été endeuillé en mars 2024 lors de l’effondrement d’un viaduc aérien à Labège. Un compagnon qui se trouvait sur le tablier lors de la chute est décédé. Une enquête est toujours en cours.
